Steps to take to recover your lost images...

• Stop taking additional photos or using your camera media. The more pictures you take the more you run the risk of writing over the lost pictures.
• Download the trial version of Klix and install it on your computer (this version is fully functional and is just limited on the recovery). Download demo here: http://www.joesoft.com/downloads/
• Plug your camera media into your computer. We recommend you use a card reader which is a small device that plugs into your computer, which you then plug your camera media into. Card readers are fairly inexpensive and can be purchased at any camera shop. In some cases it is better at recognizing the camera media and it also saves on the connector on the digital camera.
• Launch the application Klix and it will then show the type of digital camera the card is formatted on, then select the "start" button. Klix will begin scanning the media card looking for your deleted and lost images.
• Once the scan has been completed you will be shown a thumbnail size picture of your lost pictures. Just select the ones you would like to save. If you are using the demo version of Klix you will only be able to recover 1 image. You will need to purchase the full version and will then be emailed a serial number (that you can enter and complete the recovery of your pictures, you don't need to do the scan again).
